Chady Richa

Chady Richa is a Lebanese film, stage and TV actor. Chady has starred in the most watched and critically acclaimed TV series in Lebanon and the Arab world such as: "Albi Dak" -Heart beat- (2015), "Mesh Ana" -Not Myself- (2016) "Berdene Ana" -Cold- (2019). As a performer, he constantly excels in merging his singing and dancing skills in roles he plays on screen and on stage. He is a dubbing artist portraying several animation and drama characters. Chady is the Arab voice actor of "Mark Grayson" the lead character in the adult animated superhero television series "Invincible" (2021). He speaks fluently Arabic (Lebanese, Egyptian and Syrian dialect), American English, French and Spanish. Chady was Born in April, 1987 and raised on the coasts of Jounieh, a vibrant and warm city in Lebanon. As a child, he studied music and always had a knack and passion for acting. Later on, he pursued his university studies in Radio/TV and films -focusing on acting, directing and scriptwriting. In 2007, he started in Beirut his professional career as an actor on stage starring in the musical play "Kawalis" -Backstage- (2007). He is well known in the industry among his fellow actors for his strong commitment, discipline and the diverse marge of drama and comedy roles he plays. In 2009, Chady won a bronze medal in one of the most remarkable talent shows in the Arab world "Studio El Fan" (Arts Studio). During his career, Chady played several controversial characters starring in a variety of Lebanese and Arab hit TV series such as: "Jana El Omer: Reaping of Age" (2012), "Wled Al Balad" -Home Children- (2014), "Albi Dak" -Heart beat- (2015), "Mesh Ana" -Not Myself- (2016), "Mahroumin: The Deprived" (2017), "Samt El Hob" -A silent Love- (2018), "Ghorba" -Alienation- (2018), "Berdene Ana" -Cold- (2019), "Khaybet Amal" -Disappointment- (2021) and "Rahou" -Gone- (2021) and many more. On stage, Chady starred in different musical productions such as: "Kawalis" -Backstage- (2007), "Hekem Karakouch" -The Reign of Karakouch- (2008) and "Kilna Takla" -Saint Takla- (2014). On the big screen, Chady guest starred in the musical movie "And Action" (2017) and the critically acclaimed hit romantic comedy "One hour and 35 minutes" (2019). Chady Richa is a TV and Radio Host for successful shows such as: "Sahret Omer" -Lifetime Encounters- (2017) and "Kunuz" -Treasures- (2022). He created different formats for some of his own shows. He produced and presented more than 3000 hours of shows in addition to several TV, Online Platforms and Radio specials. He is a Jury member for the Lebanese Independent Film Festival LIFF since its first edition in 2018. Chady keeps growing in his field and talent. He constantly and consistently is learning and evolving, shaping and deconstructing himself, all for the love of the art of acting. His goal is to always reach new highs and sail towards wider horizons.
