Clyde Lewis is an American filmmaker. He is the owner of a motion picture production company The Red Four in Atlanta. He is the founder of RegisterFilm.Com and a member of the Independent Film Association Of America. In his earlier years as a child growing up in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Clyde would always day dream and write short stories. When he was in the seventh grade he caught the attention of his teacher Mrs. English. She was captivated by a story he wrote. Mrs. English told him he would be a writer one day and he's been writing ever since. Clyde attended college in Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a Bachelor of Arts Degree. During this time he became more influenced to watch movies and read books on making films. His mother bought him Spike Lee's Script for Do The Right Thing. After reading the film script all Clyde wanted to do was create and shoot films. He began to study films (angles, lighting, music, make-up, wardrobe and ect.). In 2004, Clyde purchased a professional video camera and started shooting small projects as well as editing and directing them. In 2008, Clyde started a film production company called The Red Four. At that time, he worked toward shooting his first feature film entitled Here I Am. It was then when he realized all the major challenges that come along with heading a film production. The film went over budget and needed new investors. Clyde stopped production until he could raise money from family and friends to complete the project. As a result, the film project Here I Am sold more than 5,000 copies nationally and quite a few internationally. In addition, Clyde has been credited for a short film Taking Chances in 2011. Since then, he has directed several music videos, television shows and short films. In October 2014 Clyde completed short film project titled Scent, which is going through the film festival circuit.
