Jami was born in Anaheim California and grew up in Southern California. She has written a book entitled Siren's Song. Jami spent nearly eleven years in the US Navy working on various aircraft. Jami has been involved in theater and film since middle school. Though she completed her BA in Sociology, acting remained her passion. With the encouragement of friends, she took some college courses in acting and writing, and realized that working in the entertainment industry is where she belonged.
