David Terwische

David Terwische was well known for his work in radio and television before becoming an educator. He worked as an Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University and later at the University of Arizona. He also worked in the industry at CBS Television and at McGuire and Nichols. He began teaching at Eastern Washington University in 1984. David served as Director of the Radio-Television Production Center, Chair of the Department of Electronic Media, Theater and Film, and General manager of KEWU-FM, along with his teaching duties at Eastern Washington University. David's love of the media arts (particularly radio) came through in his accomplishments as a writer, director, producer and host of many radio and television programs and specials throughout his career. His real accomplishments include the number of students who went on to become successful in the industry.
