Patrick Maley

Composer, Drummer, Percussionist, Educator & Humanitarian. For over 25 years, Patrick Maley has been half of the critically acclaimed music duo SIRIS. In that time he's performed for millions of fans across the globe and left an indelible mark on music history. Alongside his brother Michael, Patrick co-founded SIRIS in 1996. The brothers soon shot to fame becoming the only Western artists in music history to compose and perform original Chinese songs. With chart topping hits such as Xing Fu, God Bless Sichuan, What's the Reason and many others, the brothers gained worldwide notoriety and critical acclaim for their unique fusion of Chinese and English songs, proudly accepting their role as cultural ambassadors to China and forever cementing their unique place in music history. ABC News expressed: "SIRIS is certainly breaking down cultural barriers between East and West, these two guys from the city of brotherly love may just change the world of rock. " Outside of SIRIS, Patrick is a highly sought after drummer and percussionist in his own right. Patrick has recorded and performed with many multi-platinum and Grammy award winning artists throughout the last 25 plus years. Patrick's playing style; a soulful & groovy R&B mixed with Progressive Rock complexity is a unique and recognizable sound. You can also find Patrick branching outside of his musical love and into the worlds of acting, corporate consulting as well as public speaking. As an educator and member of the Percussive Arts Society, he has established successful, comprehensive music training programs for children across Tennessee.
