Adam K. Allen

Adam K. Allen is an actor, director, and writer. He was born in New Palestine, Indiana, to Kevin Allen, a software project manager, and Lana Allen, a mental health therapist. He has one younger sister, Alyssa. Allen had a very active imagination throughout childhood, often writing short stories in his free time. He often sang and took part in church productions, and he began regularly performing in community theatre at the age of 12, though he did not consider a career in the arts until high school. He graduated from Morristown Jr-Sr High School in 2012, where he was an active member of the drama club, concert band, pep band, jazz band, and the Pride of Morristown Marching Band. In 2016, Allen graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, having triple-majored in Telecommunications, Theatre, and French. He was very active in college, appearing in several student films and a number of community and university productions. He was also an active member of the Alpha Psi Omega theatre honorary. Allen was a competitive member of Cardinal Ballroom, the Ball State ballroom dance club on campus. He served as a board member for three years. Upon graduating from Ball State, he accepted a position to help teach English in France for a year, working at Lycee Ambroise-Pare in Laval, France. When he returned to the US in 2017, Allen launched his own production company, Fierce Little Bird Productions. As of 2018, he lives in the Indianapolis area, where he continues to actively perform in film and theatre productions, and produce films.
