Born, Kesawn Cooper, in conjunction with the fact that he is known to be a girl's Best friend aka a Diamond; you get the Birth of DiamondKesawn. DiamondKesawn stepped into the Entertainment Industry February 2006 via Baltimore' #1 Radio Station WERQ 92.3FM. Interning under the Baddest Female Producer in Radio at that time, Sonjay DeCaires; DiamondKesawn was on a path that felt so natural one may call it pre-destined. Learning all he could from Sonjay, Diamond embarked on his personal path in media in 2007. Starting the DKP Radio Platform, DiamondKesawn vowed to give Indie Artist the Exposure they deserved to aid them with their career expansion. As the interview roster grew, the need for Branding amongst the Independent base became very clear. In 2010, DiamondKesawn began to offer Brand Consultations, Executions, and Public Relation services to Artist which led to him overseeing projects for individuals such as Hot Boy Turk, Emani The Made Woman, Dre The URL, and MeToya Monroe, to name a few. DKP now consist of Radio, Television, and Internet-based platforms. Executing the development of his notoriety, DiamondKesawn served as the Editor In Chief for Raynbow Affair Magazine, which allotted for his imprint to expand to the world of Print Media. With Radio and Branding still at his Core, DiamondKesawn has also established credits for producing in multiple arenas to include, Theatre, Web Series, Film and Television. The Self Named, "King of Urban Media" and Socialite is dedicated to the continued Growth and the Development of himself, DKP the Brand, and the Brands of those whom he will touch.
