Heidi Sturgess

Heidi Sturgess is an English artist and designer born in January 1969. Heidi won a competition on BBC1's Saturday Superstore in 1984 at the age of 15, to design a storyboard for an Alvin Stardust video to accompany his Christmas hit 'So Near To Christmas'. (the competition was entered by over 6,000 people). Heidi went on to study Art and Design at Middlesex University and continues to have a career in design, having set up her own design business in 2001 which she still runs to date.
