Chris Masters Mah is a passionate actor with an incredible work ethic, love for the craft and industry, and has been a working actor since 2010. He studied at Victorian College of Arts. He is known for his roles as Roulette Player in Underbelly: Chopper, where in the big opening scene in Part 2, he plays gun roulette with Chopper Read (Aaron Jeffery), his role as Huoche Chengke in the largest Australian filming in 2018, the True History of the Kelly Gang (2019) produced by Russell Crowe. Houche shares a big scene with Ned Kelly (George MacKay). Chris has acted alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme in his Ultratune commercial. He is a multi-award winning actor, who won Best Actor in his first attempt at Crash Test Drama (2014) and Best Actor in Comfy Short Film Festival Finals (2014) for "A Fairy Tale" directed by Stefan Bugryn. The dark comedy also ironically won Best Drama twice (Connect Film Fest 2013) and Best Film (Comfy Shorts 2014). His crime film directed by Dan Johnson, "Small Packages" (2013) made Top 100 Short Films as selected by St Kilda Film Festival. He is grounded, collaborative by nature, and always on the look out for the next interesting role / project -- "You are only as good as your last work" are words he lives by. His focus is TV, feature films, and quality theatre. He is Melbourne based, interstate ready in Australia, often screen-testing for the U.S. (He auditioned for leads in Crazy Rich Asians, the live-action Mulan, Netflix's Marco Polo, and American Gods, and supporting roles in Pacific Rim, Pirates 5, and Game of Thrones to name a few. That is the level he is batting at.) He also produces and writes.
