Rubi Rios is a producer and actress who lives in Barcelona - Spain. In 1993 Rubi and her family fled to Miami and settled on South Beach. After graduating from the Academy of the Assumption, Rubi enrolled at the University of Miami to studied Art. In 2001 Rubi settled down in Barcelona where she start working in different TV channels, now she produce Films in Spain and she acts as well.
