Celina Molina is a name that has become synonymous with success in the world of American Quarter Horse racing. Now she plans to renew her focus on her other passions in life - singing and acting. She was born in Tucson, Arizona to rancher Inocente Molina and singer Maria Molina. Her mother Maria had dreams of becoming a singer, but as the family grew to include five children those dreams were put aside. Instead, she sang with her daughter Celina and instilled in her a deep love of music. Celina's father and brothers raced Quarter Horses in Arizona and her love of both performing and horses has only grown throughout her life. Celina's talent for selecting talented Quarter Horses turned a small initial investment into a profitable business, which she used to finance her fledgling music career. Taking the name of her mother Maria for her singing name (so as not to be seen as trading on the name of award-winning Latina singer Selena), she recorded her first album: Maria Molina, Unmixed & Unmastered. Celina set aside her singing career to focus on her two sons, her family and her horses. With her sons now grown, Celina has returned to her passion of singing and has also added acting to her prodigious list of talents. She starred in the film "Jack County Demons" and has produced a few films including "The Last Delivery." Now residing in Los Angeles, California, Celina is determined to become a skilled actress and continue her American Quarter Horse breeding operation - a pursuit for which she feels profoundly blessed and thankful. Latest update, appeared as the lead protagonist in a music video for the Banda "La Onda Norteña De Saenz" song- "A pesar de todo".
