Raul Walder was born in Caracas, Venezuela. His acting career began at a very young age in his home country, working in several TV and film projects. Most recently, he graduated from the University of Miami with a B.A. in Theater Arts and Advertising. His most recent feature film "Nereus" -- aka: "Drowning Echo" premiered at the HBO New York Film Festival and has been released for theaters in more than 15 countries worldwide. It has earned him several acting nominations and awards for his performance. Likewise, his other recent film "Simón" has also been selected in prestigious film festivals internationally and premiered in theaters all across South America. Raul has also been the image for very distinguished brands throughout his career, such as Honda, Spotify, Ford, Sony, ESPN, Chipotle, BlackBerry, Metro PCS, and many others. Finally, he's known too for his work on stage in shows like "Carmen, a new afro-cuban musical" and "Rescatando la Navidad", as well as his screen work in "Tukiti, creci de una!" and the Venezuelan film "Sr. Presidente".
