RJ Batlle (né Roberto José González-Batlle) is an American actor and improviser. Born in Dallas to Coni Batlle and Dr. Josue González, RJ grew up primarily in the uptown neighborhood of Chicago and in Manhattan where he attended Stuyvesant High School. A graduate of Haverford College, RJ has studied acting with The Atlantic Theater Company, HB Studio, The Simon Studio and The Barrow Group and spent two years studying improvisation at the Upright Citizen's Brigade. He has traveled extensively, living and working on three continents and visiting over 20 countries. His parents only call him RJ in Christmas cards and sticky notes - never out loud.
