He has written several episodes for Dino Dana, participated in Endlings Writing Room (Season 2), is writing for Fresh TV, Shaftesbury, Epic Story Media, Yeti Farm Creative, and has written 5 indie drama shorts for KalKaden Productions. At only 21, he has two live action shows in development: a mystery/supernatural series for teens with Sinking Ship Ent., Nelvana, and CORUS Ent., for which he is co-showrunner; and a family gameshow with BGM (Bristow Global Media). Jadiel has been recognized for several awards. In 2016, he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in the category for Outstanding Performer in a Children's or Pre-school Children's Series for his role in Annedroids; in 2017, awarded Ryerson University's President's Entrance "full-ride" Scholarship (pursuing a double major in Philosophy and Film Studies with an interest in law school); in 2018, named "One of Canada's Rising Stars: Making an Impact in Hollywood" by The Hollywood Reporter; and in 2019, the recipient of the Rising Star Award, Bentonville Film Festival, co-founded by Academy Award Actress Geena Davis. He also received the 2020 Youth Media Alliance Andra Sheffer Scholarship for up-and-coming creators, which flew him to Kidscreen, and will allow him to attend the Banff World Media Festival in 2021. Now he's thrilled to be the first youth to enact inclusive change as a member of the Youth Media Alliance's Board of Directors!
