Adam X Welton

Adam X Welton was born in Chicago, IL. and raised in Aurora, IL. Always attracted to the stage and entertainment, he attended Northwestern University in Evanston, IL where he received a Bachelor of Science in Communications, majoring in the Theater Arts and minoring in Sociology. After graduating, Radio Disney Chicago hired Adam to host and entertain children and families across the Chicago land area as a mobile DJ. It was then Adam perfected the craft of DJing and eventually started his own business as Mad Hatter Entertainment. After moving to Los Angeles, he continued to DJ, and host events for Radio Disney and Bar Mitzvahs across the Southern California area. Never forgetting his true passion as an actor, Adam wrote, co-produced, and acted in the short film "Reconciliation." He has also co-starred on Bounce TV's "In The Cut," and can be seen in multiple commercials and advertisements across the world. As a comedian, he studied & worked at Comedy Central where he learned from many of the greats including Chris Rock, Whoopi Goldberg, Jon Stewart, & Stephen Colbert. Adam has performed stand-up comedy at the World Famous Comedy Store, the HaHa Cafe, and countless other venues across the country. He hosts the 100 (1Hunnid) Podcast on Youtube, where he showcases talented up-and-coming artists, comedians, and celebrities on what it's like keeping it "100" in a land filled with filters fake, and phony. He dreams of acting, hosting, and/or performing comedy full time while sustaining his Puerto Rican wife and two daughters. Let's make it happen!
