Mahdi Hussain

Mahdi Hussain (Born on the 6th of November, 1994) is an Australian actor born in Sydney, Australia. Mahdi has always had a passion for performing arts. As a young child he showed strong interests towards comedic movies. He was inspired by comedians such as Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller and Jim Carrey. Since then, he has had strong intentions to always make people laugh. When Mahdi started to learn the theories of drama and took serious acting training in secondary school he started to become fond of the acting from the American actor Leonardo Dicaprio, and he still sees him as an inspiration till today. In 2009 Mahdi became a part of his first play called Leviathan which was sponsored by the Sydney Theater Company, he then started to become involved in community drama and began to tour schools with an ensemble to perform forum theater for violence against women. He then had his first film experience shooting a short film called 'Super Zero' and since then, Mahdi still has a strong passion and love for performing arts. As Mahdi pursues his acting career on the side. he is studies at university and partakes a bachelor of arts of course where he is majoring in drama and literature.
