Robert Bracker is a multi-award winning filmmaker, who grew up in Tubac, Arizona and moved to Santa Barbara in his early teens. He graduated from Chapman University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production. Robert is most known for Directing Citizen.
