Mia Holland's aspirations to be a performer started at an early age while attending after school programs focusing on pottery, music, dance, and calligraphy. She also participated in the Special Talent Enrichment Program (Berkeley County, South Carolina's Gifted and Talented Program), which focuses on all forms of performing arts, and Honors Chorus. While in high school, she learned set etiquette and gained experience working as a background artist in various films shooting in the Low Country. She made her national debut in a non-speaking co-starring role in Travel Channel's Weird Travels: Haunted Hotels. After a hiatus to focus on school, she booked a co-starring role in Investigation Discovery's Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda. In addition to regional and student film projects, she provided the voice of Athena Ford, the lead character, in the post apocalyptic animated film 2nd Dance as well as the narrator in the VO promo for Pixar's Ben Rush's Only A Dream in which she will be voicing a supporting character in the animated feature film. She continues to pursue all theatrical and voiceover opportunities.
