Leonardo Lacaria is an Italian actor and model. He was born and raised in Tuscany, near Florence. Graduated in community Management, with a Specialization in communication techniques and social activities from Dante Alighieri, in Florence, he is a versatile artist, capable of acting in three languages: Italian, English and Polish. His first contact with the stage took place when, at the early age of 11, he was cast to play in Agatha Christie's masterpieces "Mousetrap" and "Murder on the Orient Express". He made his cinema acting debut in 2014, after starting a collaboration with Maestro Krzysztof Zanussi, who chose Leo for a role in his film "Corpo estraneo". Recently, Leo played the role of a plane pilot in the Kino Swiat's box office hit, "Kler" (2018), directed by Wojciech Smarzowski. Clergy was released all over Poland on September 28, 2018 and grossed $29,913,342, breaking several box office records. About 935,000 viewers watched the film on its opening weekend, the best one for a Polish film in Poland, in the last 30 years. Leo also landed a role in the Danish drama, "Modelka" (2016), directed by Mads Matthiesen, who won the "World Cinema - Dramatic" award for his film, Teddy Bear in 2012. In all these years, Leo also acted in the films "Eter" (2018), directed by Krzysztof Zanussi, "Jak pies z kotem" (2018) by Janusz kondratiuk, "Botoks" (2018) by Patryk Vega and many others. In previous years, Leo starred in Polish tv series "Weekendowe historie", "Ukryta Parwda", "Wawa non stop" having signed, with TVN, a long-term contract for the last-mentioned). Moreover, Leonardo also obtained two leading roles for a couple of Polish candid camera shows, called "Usterka".
