Jamie Rhodes

Jamie Rhodes is an Indianapolis-based writer/producer/director who, in Spring 2017, released his first feature film -- Night Of The Unspeakable (NOTU), a hip-hop horror and supernatural thriller. NOTU is set in the confines of a rehearsal and recording studio. A rapper, his entourage, an R&B girl group, a Rock and Soul band, and a Spoken Word artist are trapped for one terrifying night with two seductive and deadly demons. NOTU features actors Dena Toler, Erreol Robinson, King Orr and Anthony Dalton. Movie viewers and film reviewers alike are fast becoming fans of this movie and burgeoning franchise. His company, 2nd Tradewind Productions, released it's first movie, a short film short film titled "Sebastian's Pen" in 2014. Like "Sebastian's Pen" and Rhodes's 2016 stage play "Tom Cat," NOTU closely follows the writer's standard of delivering multi-layered storylines with unexpected twists that have become expected of his brand since 25th Dynasty Press released Rhodes's novel "Prey, Messiah" in 1998.
