Jason Gilmore

Born in Paterson NJ, Jason Gilmore moved to Stone Mountain, Ga at the age of 7. With origins rooted in singing, he began to explore songwriting because of his knack for storytelling, which eventually led to a passion for screenwriting. In 2012, he graduated from The Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production. He began his journey to become an actor in 2015 when he found it difficult to find the actors he wanted for the stories he desired to tell . He has taken classes with Greg Allan Williams, Dwayne Boyd, and Marjorie Ballentine, and plans to continue to develop his voice as an actor. It is his dream to not only star in roles or create films, but to be a vessel for perspective, clarity, knowledge, and wisdom.
