Lonnie Royal

A native Texan, Lonnie Royal is the youngest son of Thomas and Darlene Royal. Born in San Antonio on February 4, 1967, he grew up in Luling and Caldwell, Texas, as his father followed the oil boom. He has four older brothers (Thomas Jr., Ronald, Donald, and Johnny) and a sister (Connie), most of whom were involved in Theatre while in high school. Following in their footsteps, Lonnie was in his first play as a freshman in high school, and was hooked. He received a BA in Theatre from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX, but life happened and he got away from Theatre for many years. He returned to acting in 2014, at the age of 47, and is once again following his dream.
