Shizuka Kamei was born in November 1, 1936, and he is a Japanese politician of Japan, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Shobara, Hiroshima, and graduate of University of Tokyo(economics), he was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1979. Before running for office, he worked his way through various jobs. He served as the banking and postal services minister in the newly formed Hatoyama cabinet in 2009.
