Aubrey Cooke was raised in the small Missouri town of Joplin. Although she was born in Colorado and lived in Littleton until 10 years of age, her parents moved her and her siblings out to Joplin for her dad's career. At a very young age, already adept as a ballet dancer, she discovered a desire to follow in her mother's modeling and acting footsteps. Gracing a stage was in her blood. The stages were few in her small Midwestern town, so halfway through community college she decided to make the move to Los Angeles. She was bringing her own unique twist to the small-town-girl with-city-dreams story. Since her arrival in the City of Angels, Aubrey has maintained a steady and successful modeling career. Highlights include appearances in Italian Vogue, KODE Magazine, L'Officiel Magazine with Rosie the Elephant, a 47 Brand ad for Champs retail stores, and many more. Now Aubrey has easily made the transition from modeling to acting bringing her foresights to purposeful action. She has been collaborating on projects that are setting the foundation for her rising acting career. Being cast as the lead, Tilly, in "Carnations in Grey" (produced and directed by Ethan Averton) was a turning point in Aubrey's career. She had gotten a taste for acting and wanted more. Bracing the cold for hours during shoots or playing a dead corpse covered in blood shows her dedication and tenacity for the challenges this industry throws at her.
