Lorelei Gilbert

At 4 months old, Lorelei began boutique modeling after a local JC Penney Portrait Studio asked permission to place some of her images on their walls. For the next 3 years, she modeled for several independent designers and professional photographers. After answering an open call on social media in search of child extras for a new 10 episode series (The Astronaut Wives Club) filming in New Orleans in Fall 2014, she was submitted by her mother via email. Within 5 minutes, a wardrobe fitting was being scheduled for the following week. At first, it was something her family believed would be just a fun experience, but after several days on set, she flourished in the environment. Several of the cast and crew took notice of her and her ability to memorize the lines of fellow cast members after shooting scenes just a few times. She was bumped to principal on the third day on set. After filming completed, she met with Landrum Arts LA and signed on for representation. She has appeared in a feature film an filled in as co-host of a web series (Slate Me!) 3 times in 2017. Lorelei has ambitions for future television, film, and theatre.
