Charles A. Duncan

Charles Duncan is writer, director and editor of a series called SCAM 419. It is a series based on a true event novel called SCAM. It is on You Tube now with eight episodes. It is also on Amazon Prime. He has a trailer for his book and the web series. The book is available on Amazon, his site and the New York Public Library. He is filming a short film called Signs. A film about couples involved in relationships that they regret but saw the red flags in the beginning. Charles has directed and produced a short film called Bully Change. It's a film about kids learning a lesson about never judging someone based their appearance. He also has a DVD documentary about ex- felons and the prison system called " Revolving Door? Does the prison system play fair?" It's a ground breaking powerful project that tackles controversial topics. It has been in the magazine Don Diva, listed as number #8 in the top ten selling hood DVD's. Charles has spoken in high schools and different youth programs.
