Born and raised in the Boston area, Intae moved to California to attend college at UC Berkeley, where he would graduate with dual degrees in English and Theater. Near the end of his college career, Intae's award-winning performance in Philip Kan Gotanda's "After the War Blues" caught the attention of Presidential Medal of the Arts recipient Luis Valdez, who subsequently invited Intae aboard "Valley of the Heart" - the celebrated writer/director's first new play in over a decade. Soon after the play finished its run, Intae moved to Los Angeles, where he started gaining film and television credits, netting his SAG card with a role on "Fargo." He now splits his time between the east and west coasts, working on stage and screen in projects ranging from wacky comedies (e.g. Jordan Peele and Charlie Sanders' "Weird City", "Curb Your Enthusiasm") to gritty dramas (inaugural HBO Visionaries competition winner, "Monday", "How To Get Away With Murder") and everything in between.
