Chris, originally from Bromley London, trained at The BRIT School, Goldsmiths University and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. He wrote his debut play 'Next Lesson' in 2014 which went on to be performed in London, New York and Sydney. The play was also Shortlisted for The Polari First Book Prize. In 2017 he took his critically acclaimed autobiographical solo show 'The Soft Subject' to The Edinburgh Fringe where it was nominated for The Brighton Fringe Award for Excellence. The show then toured the UK and had a sold out run at Theatre Royal Stratford East. In 2019 he was commissioned by The Old Vic Theatre to write 'Eat Sleep Exam Repeat'. The following year he wrote a short film 'Ophelia Spice' which featured on BBC Performance Culture in Quarantine. Most of Chris's acting work has been on stage performing at The Criterion, The Yard, Greenwich Theatre and The Lyric.
