Brian Carter

Brian was trained at Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama, and University of Kent graduating in 1973. Began working as an actor in the UK and worked for ten years before changing to full time Directing (East Grinstead, Leeds, Bristol etc). However, he did do a TV Comedy series for Granada "Rep" playing 'Stuart Stern' in 1982/3. Shifted his base to the USA in 1984/5 and worked at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Centre and Sarah Lawrence College. Returned to the UK in 2001 and worked at City Lit Drama Programme. In September 2013 Brian returned to acting and has made three short films, a feature film "The Last Superheroes (Dir: Simon Connolly), two corporate videos. Will do another feature in Spring 2015 "Kindred Spirits" (Dir: Bill Hutchins) playing the Vicar.
