Rozita is an actress that was born and raised in Sweden. Her parents came from Macedonia and Bulgaria and escaped poverty and the suppressing government in their home countries to live a better life in Sweden. Her father died when she was only two years old and her mother worked as a nursing assistant with elderly. Growing up she was bullied for being poor and a foreigner which always made her feel alone and like she was an outsider that didn't fit in anywhere. Having a dysfunctional family made her escape reality watching movies, dreaming that one day she would become an actress and felt that she had a lot of real life experiences to share as an actress. She couldn't afford going to the theater's so she watched movies of theatre that had been taped and later on she went to different theatre schools to practice the craft of acting. Coming from a different background she didn't have any contacts in the industry and her family was not supportive of her career choice so she knew she had to work a lot harder and longer than everyone else and never give up. When she finally got called to auditions she started working as a theatre actress at "Angereds Theatre" in Gothenburg and then got a small part at "Gothenburg City Theatre." She then went on to movies and now has a wide experience from theatre, TV and movies. Rozita starred as the lead, Roza, in the movie "Mer an ogat ser/More than meets the eye", that was shot in Sweden and Finland. The movie is a remake of John Cassavettes: "Shadows." From the year 2016 and forward Rozita is playing Dr.Marion Steen in a feature movie that will come out in the cinemas in 2019. She speaks fluent English and manages both a British and an American accent perfect. When she lived in Barcelona for a year she stood on the stage with a Spanish theater group. Her Spanish is good but not fluent, her accent however, is perfect. Her role in the TV-series: "Bla ogon" that was aired on SVT, the biggest TV channel in Sweden, proved that she is versatile and can do a lot of varied projects within TV, theater and film.
