Crystal Shannon

Crystal was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has a brother nine years older. Since the age of six, Crystal has been acting, singing and dancing in performances at local theaters. She also began performing in classical piano recitals at the University of Miami School of Music since she was ten years old. When Crystal was twelve years old, she participated in Starlent Performing Arts, where she was selected her for various live performances, including school singing tours and concerts. As part of her desire to give back, Crystal has visited hospitals, senior citizen homes and orphanages to sing and entertain the patients and staff. When Crystal was fourteen, she starred in a musical comedy series called HitStreak, which ran for three seasons. During HitStreak, Crystal had an original song called "Rebound", which was chosen by Radio Disney's music mailbag. In September of 2014, "Rebound" made it to the #2 spot on Radio Disney's pop music chart. Crystal has also been given the honor to sing the National Anthem at events such as, the grand opening of the Marlins Stadium, the Sony Key Biscayne Tennis Tournament, Florida Police Officers' Memorial and several Miami- Dade Mayoral Inaugurations. Besides entertainment, Crystal participates in youth groups and sports. She played club soccer for five years, belonged to a synchronized swimming team and competed in figure ice-skating. Crystal recently completed her high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Today, Crystal is an aspiring actress/singer who resides in Los Angeles, California, as well as her hometown of Miami Lakes, Florida. She can be seen in the crossover episode of Beakman's World and Captain Disillusion. Crystal has also had roles on various other television shows.
