Matthew Dahlitz

Matthew Dahlitz is a producer, director and film composer for Perfekt Studios. Matthew studied music technology and masters in composition at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in the early 1990s with the aim of becoming a film composer. This dream was not realized in his younger years and Matthew went on to do a variety of things, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective from university training and experiential knowledge across the arts, technology, psychology, neuroscience, emergency medicine, and business. In his 50s Matthew started Perfekt Studios with his cinematographer son, Jachin Dahlitz, to pursue documentary film making and have an excuse to score to picture. Matthew and Jachin are based in Brisbane, Australia.
