Caroline Bernier has been in the beauty and fashion industry for more than 25 years - having produced, directed, promoted and collaborated on close to 500 events worldwide. In these 25 years, Caroline Bernier has worked with brands such as Guess, Victoria's Secret, Miss Universe, and Playtex, to name a few, alongside working amongst esteemed industry professionals, such as Ryan Seacrest, Julio Inglesias, Gene Simmons, Donald Trump, and many more. In her prestigious career, Bernier noticed that the existing beauty standard did not resonate with the vast majority of the world. In identifying this misnomer, Bernier has taken it upon herself to redefine the fashion and beauty industries' standards of what a model should be - and this is why she created the first and only television show that will re-appropriate the standards of the fashion industry, The Fashion Hero.
