SarahLydia Sophia

SarahLydia Sophia was born Plano, TX and raised in Elizabeth, CO (pop. 1,300). In high school she moved to Black Forest and Colorado Springs, CO, and is the definition of the "small-town girl who took the midnight train." From being forced into church choirs as a toddler and jumping whenever she got the chance to play Mary or lead the Christmas pageant, she knew from the age of 11 that creative storytelling was her way to change people's lives, whether it be poetry, film, music, or the million and one videos she uploaded to YouTube during high school. When she told her parents she wanted to be an actor, she was told she would have to figure it out herself, and so began finding hole in the wall theatre classes an hour from home, reading every single book on technique she could find, and learning any scene she could get her hands on. Since 2007, she has performed in feature films, short films, local commercials, theatre, and web series. In 2016, she packed everything, and left the small-town world for the slightly larger stage of Los Angeles, where she has performed in feature and short films, and theatre as an actor, in addition to lifestyle modeling.
