Dan Koh is a producer and writer of Southeast Asian independent films. An alumnus of the Southeast Asia Fiction Film Lab (SEAFIC) x Produire au Sud 2016-7 and Talents Tokyo 2018, he associate-produced and script-consulted Yeo Siew Hua's thriller, 'A Land Imagined' (2018)-winner of the 2018 Locarno FF's Golden Leopard. In addition, Koh produced Yeo's experimental-music documentary, 'The Obs: A Singapore Story' (2014; Focus on Asia Fukuoka IFF 2016), line-produced and co-wrote Virgile Fraisse's video-art film "SEA-ME-WE 3" (2018; Ateliers de Rennes - Biennale d'Art Contemporain 2018); and associate-produced Daniel Hui's experimental horror 'Demons' (2018; In Competition, Busan IFF 2018, Berlinale 2019). He is currently co-producing and script-consulting Yeo's upcoming surveillance thriller 'Stranger Eyes' (CineMart, IFF Rotterdam 2019), producing Lei Yuan Bin's Bengali observational documentary (slated 2020), and developing regional fiction and documentary projects.
