Anthony Ballios

Anthony Ballios was born in Detroit, Michigan, and is of Macedonian descent with family still residing in Skopje. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. While there he had a passion for baseball and tried out for the team as a walk on for two consecutive years. Former Detroit Tiger Bill Freehan was the coach of the Wolverines at the time. He also is known for playing a supporting role as Toothpick Paulie in his first feature film called Gangster Report. He is inspired by the amazingly talented actor Robert De Niro who he auditioned to play a younger version of in the film Stone. He did not get the part, but it is an experience he will never forget. This was his first audition for a Hollywood feature film.
