Agu Ukaogo

Entrepreneur, fitness expert, and fashion model Agu Ukaogo ("King Agu"), has been seen as the smooth-talking heartthrob of Bravo's reality docuseries "Invite Only Cabo," (premiered Sunday, May 14th, 2017 at 9/8c), which follows celebrity hairstylist Larry Sims (known for his work with Mary J. Blige and Tracee Ellis Ross), who throws a luxury vacation for his circle of friends in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Agu Ukaogo, is a native of Nigeria and graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a degree in Fitness and Nutrition, as well as Business Management. Following graduation, Ukaogo signed with an agent, and moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams in modeling and acting. He went on to star in national modeling campaigns for Kroger and Hyundai, just to name a couple, and made a guest appearance on BET's hit comedy-drama series, "The Game." Passionate about health and nutrition, Ukaogo launched AGU Fitness, an all-encompassing empowerment and lifestyle program, offering fitness tips, personal training sessions, and healthy recipes to help you reach your fitness goals. With a physique women love and men appreciate, Ukaogo mixes up his workouts and trains 4-5 days a week to keep his body in top shape focusing on running, circuit training and weight lifting. When he's not shooting, or in the gym, Ukaogo loves to create healthy recipes and plans to attend culinary school.
