Born and raised in Loveland Colorado, an artistic town known for it's sculptor parks and annual sculptor shows. Sammi Lee Davis grew up with most of her family living in the same area and has one brother. Originally she was developing her visual art styles such as drawing and painting since she was a small child. Her father was a successful writer and taught her all the techniques he learned himself. Since high school she had been writing scripts for stage plays, including full lengths and one-acts. Eventually she moved on to short screenplays. Davis' first written stage play was performed in 2013 called 'Those Ugly Shoes' based around three siblings attending their youngest sister's wedding. She also directed 'Those Ugly Shoes'. Sammi Lee directed a rendition of the play 'Mixed Nuts' by Simon J. Donoghue & Nancy Manera in 2012. She graduated from high school in 2012 and started attending Vanguard University for a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema Arts. Her most recent film she directed and wrote is 'Alice'.
