Nina Mendes

Nina Thereza Mendes Ferreira is a Brazilian actor, producer, filmmaker and director, known professionally as Nina Thereza Mendes (director) and Thereza Ferreira (actress). Nina Thereza Mendes Ferreira was born on 21 June 1966 in Engenheiro Paulo de Frontin, Brazil. She studied at the Dirceu de Mattos Theatre-School under the tutelage of Dirceu de Mattos and the Martins Penna College of Dramatic Art, both in Brazil. While performing with the Papel Crepon Theatre, she caught the attention of Brazilian directors Antunes Filho and Evê Sobral. In 1998, she collaborated with Rede Brazil de Televisão. In 2010, Evê Sobral invited Nina Thereza to participate in Spa TV Fantasia, In 2020, Nina Thereza Mendes Ferreira established her own film production company, Ní Mendes Film Theatre Productions, in Brazil.
