Elizabeth von Isser

Elizabeth von Isser grew up in the Midwest and moved to the Southwest after college graduation for a job opportunity. A few years later, she left her successful career as an engineer in the Aerospace/Defense industry to follow her passion in the performing and visual arts. While establishing herself as a painter and jewelry designer, Elizabeth performed for many years in Community Theatre and was the Director of Drama at her church. She got her first film acting experience quite by accident. One of her church drama team members had been cast as a news anchor in a feature film which was being shot locally, but was unable to fulfill her commitment at the last moment. The producer and director accepted her reassurance that she knew of someone who could step into the role - and Elizabeth accepted the challenge! She arrived on set having never seen the sides or script - knowing only that she needed to bring wardrobe choices that fit a news anchor position. She had 20 minutes to memorize the paragraph, and then...lights, camera, action! That one experience birthed a new passion in her - film acting. She loved the subtleties of acting in front of a camera, and immediately started searching for training and experience on set. She has now acted in a number of feature films, short films, television episodes, a web series and two commercials. She is expanding her training and experiences to include voice acting - a new and exciting way to display her acting chops. She continues to take classes and push herself to be the very best actress she can be. She lives in Tucson, Arizona and has been married to her best friend for over 30 years. They are both proud of their greatest production - two adult sons, who continue to bring them joy and laughter.
