Meghan Deanna Smith was born in Western New York where she earned her BFA in Theatre Performance from Niagara University. Meghan competed in the prestigious IMTA New York Competition (International Modeling and Talent Association) at which she was named IMTA's Actor of the Year, following in the footsteps of Katie Holmes, Eva Longoria, and Ashton Kutcher (previous IMTA Actors of the Year). She is a classically trained actress in film, television, theater, and Shakespeare, in addition to having studied improv/sketch writing at Second City Chicago. Among her many credentials, she has starred in a sketch comedy production at the Producer's Club in Manhattan, she is a lead in the "Jennifer" horror film franchise, and has released a book titled: I Have a Degree in Acting...Now What? Meghan continues to book work in the film/television industry in Los Angeles, California.
