Yeena Sung was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. Her mother is a pianist and her father is a neurosurgeon. Yeena grew up in South Korea but also spent part of her childhood in Massachusetts. At 18, she moved to New York to deepen her craft as an actor. She graduated from New York University with a BFA in Acting and Columbia University with a MFA in Acting. While in New York, she soon appeared in several theater productions and films including "Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, Sci-Fi", "Let's Play Dead Girl" and "Clique Bait". In 2017, she was cast as Hyunny in "Happy Cleaners", where she was recognized for her leading performance. In 2020, she was cast as Dylan Park in the popular TV series, "Younger", which premiered in 2021. Aside from acting, Yeena enjoys singing, piano, cooking, traveling, and editing videos.
