Maisie Seavill was born in London, the second child to Krista Alvarez and Hector Seavill. She moved to Liphook, a small town in Hampshire, when she was four and lived in Liphook until she moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19 to go to the New York Film Academy to study Acting for Film. She went to school at Brookham School, Amesbury School and then went to Wellington College. Maisie has one older brother, Miles and a younger sister, Bobbie. Maisie began acting at the age of 5 in a youth theatre group called Man in the Moon. Her first role was as a puppy in a stage production of '101 Dalmations' with Man in the Moon and continued to appear in many others including 'The Secret Garden', 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' and 'Bugsy Malone' and many others. Her first main role was as Jane, the youngest sister, in an adaptation of '5 Children and It'. As well as performing with Man in the Moon, Maisie acted in many school productions, such as 'Annie', 'Much Ado About Nothing' and 'Guys and Dolls'. Maisie also did a lot of child modeling as a baby and young child. Maisie's mother was a model and Maisie, Miles and Bobbie all did many shoots with their mother, with each other and by themselves. Maisie has traveled to Dubai, Italy, Spain and France to do photo shoots.
