David Mansanalez

David Mansanalez is a writer and producer known for Slipping Into Darkness (2020) and In Broad Daylight (2021). He served in the US Army and after his tours in Afghanistan, he decided to change his career and move to LA to go to film school. There he focused on writing scripts; that became an outlet for him to express his thoughts and cope with his PTSD. He fell in love with the art of storytelling. He writes to bring an authentic reality to the screen and aspires to give his people a voice and change the narrative of what the American culture perceives Latino content to be.
