Joycie B grew up in Harvey, IL an urban area where there weren't many opportunities. She knew that under no circumstances would she become a product of her environment. As far as she can remember at an early age she was always an entertainer. Landing her first acting opportunity is where she gained her zeal, beginning to look for versatile roles that can help expose her talent and fulfill her passion. She has an eminent amount of inspirational people whom she studied and respect. Her hopes are to be well known for her talent, hard work, and dedication. She also aspires to inspire the youth to seek a positive craft whether it may be singing, dancing, drawing, etc. as she did. She's thankful for God, family and friends for all of their love and support, and those who believed in her.
