Joel DeCandio

Joel DeCandio is a New York-based actor, musician, and creative producer working in the States and internationally. He makes his film debut later this year starring in Kenya Gillespie's Give (2022), followed by Dominic Mercurio's He Won't Belong and Barnabas Wilhelm's All the Rest Is Noise (2022). On stage, he has appeared in multiple productions of Shakespeare's Cymbeline and A Midsummer Night's Dream, as well as The Tempest, Twelfth Night, Tennessee Williams' The Rose Tattoo, and Antony & Cleopatra with the National Theatre of Ghana and artists of Ankara Devlet Tiyatrosu (Turkish State Theatre). In addition to his work as an actor, he has held a steady place in the Broadway community as a collaborative pianist and coach playing for several Broadway productions and working regularly with Tara Rubin Casting. He is a graduate of the William Esper Studio in New York City.
