Stephen Schroeder is an American screenwriter and director who is based in Austin, Texas. Born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri, Schroeder is the son of Steve and Vickie Schroeder. After attending Duchesne high school, he graduated from Webster University in 2016 with a degree in script writing. He began his career serving as a story editor and consultant for a number of short films before taking the leap into short and feature film writing.
