Dion Short Metzger

Dion Metzger, M.D. is a board certified psychiatrist , author, professor and health media expert. Dr. Metzger has used her psychiatry experience to provide expertise through television, radio and in print discussing relationships, sex, jobs, and pop-culture topics. She has mastered the art of tailoring pitches to target specific media and has extensive experience in front of the camera, including recently promoting her co-authored book "The Modern Trophy Wife: How To Reach Your Goals While Thriving At Home" on network television. She has been featured on The Doctors, HLN and in Essence, The Atlantic, New York Post, Wall Street Journal and BravoTV.com. She is on faculty as a professor in psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine, Medical College of Georgia and Morehouse School of Medicine.
