Dion Clem Quamina I, was born on June 27, 1988 in Brooklyn, New York, to Cynthia Quamina (Morang) and Wayne Quamina. His father is Trinidadian (of Ghanaian descent), and his mother is also Trinidadian (of Carib Indian & Spaniard decent). Dion grew up in the small city of Savannah, GA. During his high school years Dion joined and excelled in JROTC, (Robert W. Groves High School, 2007) and when he graduated he enlisted in the GA Air National Guard. He graduated Basic Military Training an Honor Graduate and served 6 years as an Aircraft Electrical & Environmental Technician/Air Transportation Specialist. In 2013 he moved to NYC to manage Professional Recording Artist Timothy Scott. He began his acting career in 2015 when he landed his a role on HBO Ballers in Miami, Florida. He earned an A.A. in Political Science from CUNY Bronx Community College in 2018. Dion has a son Dion C. Quamina II born in 2010.
