Eileen Padua

Eileen "Queenie" Padua has been acting in front of packed audiences for many years. Most notably, Ms. Padua has entertained thousands as an elementary school teacher in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. She has also worked behind the camera since the early sixties, producing and filming many original works including "Halloween 72" and "Happy New Year 1969". Always a performance artist, Ms. Padua has created the character "Grandma Queenie" who retells ancient fables and fairy tales while putting on modern spin on the stories and moral lessons. She continues to perform storytelling for selected audiences on special occasions. Her most recent performance, in the acclaimed film, "Spotlight", highlights her dialect skills, as well as her charismatic, yet subtle, style in her acting repertoire.
